You can ask what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, pause it, object to it or have it erased. We answer within one calendar month.
Your rights
- Access and portability
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as a JSON file you can keep or take elsewhere.
- Erasure
- Ask us to delete your account and data. We keep keyed hashes used to stop repeated free-trial abuse, and server logs expire after 30 days. We explain both before you confirm.
- Correction and restriction
- Rename a linked computer, change the email we use to contact you, or ask us to pause processing while a concern is resolved.
- Objection and review
- Object to trial protection or security logs, or ask for a review of a trial we refused or withheld. Objecting to trial protection makes the account ineligible for free trials.
- Withdrawing consent
- FarLink does not rely on consent for any of its processing. You can still tell us, and we will record it.
